Microsurgery of the Spine

I perform microscopic spine surgery for neck pain, back pain, and sciatica caused by herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and arthritis of the spine. I believe that most patients can avoid a fusion if they choose. The following videos illustrate the surgical procedures that I perform most frequently on the cervical and lumbar spine.
